While some teachers are using 1-to-1 laptop in their teaching, a tipping point comes to agenda about using 1-to-1 tablet in teaching and learning by rapid developing of technology. Many educators think
that 1-to-1 tablet in education does not work. They may be right in many aspects of technology usage; also many teachers are not aware of using 1-to-1 laptop. But when we (educators, managers, teachers, and policy makers, etc.) think deeply -especially today's learner as Digital Native, we need to make small but effective changes in teaching and learning methods.
Using technology must not be our aim. It is a kind of digital assistant to make learning and teaching activities easier. From that reason, we need to start solving important problems on the successful implementation of technology such as:
· Classroom management issues,
· Creating learning scenarios,
· Infrastructure problems,
· Financials problems,
· Teacher training,
· Students’ ICT literacy level,
· Technical and motivational support for teachers.
For implementing successful and working information and communication technologies in education, the starting point must be solve these problems, which are mentioned above.
